If you remember from my June birchbox I had a microdermabrasion scrub that I reviewed. Well I have tried a few others since then and wanted to share my results and comparisons!
Mary Kay Timewise Microdermabrasion scrub was very comparible to the other scrub I spoke of before but a LOT cheaper! I actually got a set of the scrub and a serum but I have to admit I was horrible at putting the serum on so I cannot attest to it’s result. I feel the scrub did it’s job but my next exfoliator I’m about to talk about made me aware of the difference in using something abrasive on your skin and something less bothersome to the skin. I’m not saying to never use something like this product either. They are all good.
Cure Natural Aqua Gel has become my favorite right now. After using this I truly noticed my skin looking smoother when applying my makeup. No more splotchy spots. How you apply it is a lot different from your normal exfoliator. You apply a layer of the gel and let it sit for a minute or two and then rub your face which causes the dead skin to flake off your face. It looks really weird too. LOL.
So if you want to try either of these I’d find your favorite Mary Kay distributor and get the Timewise microdermabrasion from them or I found the Cure gel on Amazon. I love Amazon!!! If you try either of these, please comment below your thoughts!
